Workshops and homes around a shared yard, wrapped in a screen of slender timber fins.
A former builders’ yard becomes a small neighbourhood: ground-floor workshops open onto a shared court, with homes above.
The timber screen gives privacy without closing the building off, and weathers to a soft silver over time.
