A public viewing gallery high above the city, framed by floor-to-ceiling glass.
Slender mullions and a dark, quiet ceiling keep attention on the view, while the floor steps gently towards the glass so everyone can see.
A sheltered approach through a low, concrete passage makes arriving at the light-filled gallery feel like an event.
